Bio-technology is the technique which has application to make, change, modify or develop of living organisms or part of microorganisms. Also, in the field of nutrition, bio-technological methods end to the organisms which improve food quality and it’s persistence or with cultivating plants tissues contribute to farmers to increase agricultural productions, maintain and describe biodiversity and decrease poverty. In following of mentioned benefits, these methods have undesirable outcomes. These dangers conclude the biotechnological effects on human and animal health, environmental impacts, disturbing the ecological balance and losing biodiversity. Biotechnology has expanded to such as extent that it has application in animal production, forestry; fishery and agricultural industries to diminish poverty and starvation and maintain or even expand natural resources in developed and developing countries. In food processing, biotechnology guarantees public health by quality and safety of final production. In fact, the factor of quality monitoring is self-sufficiency in food. According to this principle, countries and customer have right to reject inappropriate breeding technologies and decision-making about what they want to consume.}, keywords = {Right to Food,Biotechnology,GMOs,Genetically Modified Productions,Food Security,Genetic engineering,Food labeling}, title_fa = {نقش بیوتکنولوژی در برآورده شدن حق انسان ها بر تغذیه}, abstract_fa = {حق بر تغذیه به‌معنای دسترسی به غذای مناسبی است که سالم، عاری از هرگونه مواد مضر و عاری از پیامدهای مضر برای رشد و حیات انسان باشد. در این حیطه روش‌های بیوتکنولوژیکی منتهی به ایجاد ارگانیزم‌هایی می‌شود که کیفیت غذا و پایداری آن را بهبود می‌بخشد و یا به کشاورزان در جهت افزایش تولید محصولات کشاورزی، حفظ تنوع زیست‌محیطی و کاهش فقر کمک می‌کند؛ اما اثرات نامطلوبی نیز در به‌کارگیری روش‌های بیوتکنولوژیکی قابل‌انتظار است شامل: اثرات بیوتکنولوژی بر سلامت انسان و حیوان و پیامدهای زیست‌محیطی و برهم زدن تعادل اکوسیستمی و یا از دست رفتن تنوع زیست‌محیطی.وسعت بیوتکنولوژی کشاورزی به حدی است که در تولیدات دام، ماهیگیری، صنایع کشاورزی و ... به‌کار برده شده است تا گرسنگی و فقر را کاهش و منابع طبیعی را در کشورهای مختلف حفظ کرده و حتی گسترش دهد. بیوتکنولوژی در حوزه فناوری‌های فرآوری مواد غذایی نیز باید کیفیت و ایمنی محصول نهایی را تضمین نماید تا سلامت عمومی موردتهدید قرار نگیرد.عامل رصد کیفی بروندادها در اصل خودکفایی غذا نهفته است. برطبق این اصل، کشورها و مشتریان حق رد تکنولوژی‌های اصلاح ژنتیکی نامناسب و تصمیم‌گیری درباره آنچه می‌خواهند مصرف کنند را دارند.}, keywords_fa = {حق بر تغذیه,بیوتکنولوژی,مهندسی ژنتیک,GMOs,محصولات نوترکیب ژنتیکی,امنیت غذایی,برچسب‌گذاری مواد غذایی}, url = {https://jlr.sdil.ac.ir/article_91525.html}, eprint = {https://jlr.sdil.ac.ir/article_91525_77d3a15c889700e718feccec85e499f6.pdf} }
