General information
The Press Release Unit of the Law Institute invites Iranian writers and legal experts to submit their articles to the Institute. This unit seeks to appreciate the hard work of the professors and researchers in producing outstanding articles by respecting the quality of copying of the works.
How to Submit and Track an Article:
After uploading the article file (without the author's name) and submit Commitment by the author, you will receive confirmation of submission of the article through the system. confirm or disapprove the subject of the article for a maximum of ten days through email Will be notified.
If the subject of the article is approved, it is necessary that the text of the article be adjusted by the author in accordance the citation style of the Legal Research Institute , and that the amount of the arbitration fee be deposited to enter the arbitration process. Acceptance or rejection of the article depends on the opinion of the reviewers. If the article is rejected, the arbitration fee will not be refunded.
The evaluation time of articles in the Journal of Legal Research will be 2 to 3 months.

The terms of acceptance articles
- Articles should be authored, documented and analytical. Translated articles and reviews are accepted.
- Articles have never been published in any journal or sent to another journal at the same time.
- Articles must be submitted with the author's name, exact address, contact number and email through the Legal Research Journal system.
- The author endorse the obligations contained there in and the originality of the article by completing and submitting the Commitment form.
_Upload the commitment form and the text of the article (without the authors' names) before adjusted in accordance the citation style of the Legal Research Institute to evaluate the subject in the journal system. After the subject has been evaluated by the editorial board, the responsible author will be informed, within a maximum of ten days, of the approval or disapproval of the article.

Abstract
The Abstract should not exceed 350 words. Please minimize the use of abbreviations and do not cite references in the abstract. The abstract must include the following separate sections:

Three to ten keywords representing the main content of the article.

Acknowledgements
Please acknowledge anyone who contributed towards the article who does not meet the criteria for authorship including anyone who provided professional writing services or materials.
Authors should obtain permission to acknowledge from all those mentioned in the Acknowledgements section.
Background
The Background section should explain the background to the study, its aims, a summary of the existing literature and why this study was necessary.
Methods
The methods section should include: the aim, design and setting of the study
Results
This should include the findings of the study including, if appropriate, results of statistical analysis which must be included either in the text or as tables and figures.
Discussion
For research articles this section should discuss the implications of the findings in context of existing research and highlight limitations of the study. For study protocols and methodology manuscripts this section should include a discussion of any practical or operational issues involved in performing the study and any issues not covered in other sections.
Conclusions
This should state clearly the main conclusions and provide an explanation of the importance and relevance of the study to the field.
References
references must be adhered to the instructions on Chicago Style Referencing (16th edition).
