Abstract

International peace and nonviolence and domestic and international hostilities have always been a concern for humanity. By relying on existing potentials, international law has attempted to fulfill the common aspiration of mankind. The ratification and adjustment of the UN Millennium Declaration has become the basis for universal peace in the domestic and international arena. Over the last few years, peace scholars have examined the position of sport among the people, trying to play the role of sport as an active and influential institution in the realization and resolution of equations in international law literature and within the horizons of international law. Expand the chapter of international disputes. Over the past few decades, its role in promoting international peace and security and resolving international disputes in international documents has been the focus of much attention to the extent that sport can today be a symbol of peace-building components. The UN Millennium Declaration recognized the settlement of international disputes.
