Destructive role of Turkish governers to intervene tangibly in Syrian crisis since 2011 and impose forcibly their policies to Syrian crisis was vivid sign of trying to violating the international commitments such as not trying to passing collective borders preventation of Terrorist groups, Jihadis, unknown military forces and moreover supporting of Extremists(ISIS).
Tactically military Invasion to the north frontiers of Syria was triggered by Turkish army on October 9th 2019, which was coordinated by hundreds thousands of Islamic extremists militias that was a blatantly barbaric sign of violation on international rules against Kurdish minority groups in Syria.
Widespread investigation about the basis of international responsibilities about Turkey is obligatory. In following research we focused on proving the hypothesis of blatant Turkish military intervention and also violating the rights of Syrian Kurds; furthermore, obligations of international law and proof of which in relating to Kurd minority would open a optimistic window to international law guarantees these minority human lawful rights.
In above mentioned hypothesis of this study, Turkish government with attacking to the North regions of Syria would be mainly committed international offense and is being held known as criminal for these antihuman criminations and issues such as urgency and legitimate defense would not mitigate or relieve turkey's performance to justify its functionalities.
