Human Biological Needs Under the title of Basic Human Needs and Its Reflection on the International Human Rights and the Iranian Constitution

Abstract

Biological needs in the light of international documents include those needs set out in 6 of the International Covenant from Article 1 to 27, This part of the International Covenant on Human Rights refers to the examination of basic human rights needs, including the right to life and everything needed for human life, such as freedom and personal security, privacy, family, the right to citizenship, freedom of thought, the right to adequate and just working conditions, the right to adequate food, shelter, clothing and social security, the right to health, the right to education, the right to property, the right to participate in cultural life, the right to development and progress. The current general structure of this Universal Declaration and the structure created includes a preamble and thirty articles, Therefore, what is aimed at this article is the biological needs of human beings as the basis of human rights and its reflection in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a view to international human rights documents, which has been done in a descriptive manner and has taken steps to collect information through documentary-library study and therefore what the researcher seeks to achieve; Describing the basics of human rights in iran's legal system, analyzing the status of human biological needs in legislative and human rights, comparative comparison of Iran's approach with international human rights documents to fundamental human rights, and examining the approach of Iranian and international law to the issue of right to life, freedom, security,, etc.
