Abstract
: the structure of this complex should not be in such a way that their comfort or peace is endangered, or their physical and mental health is harmed, or they are humiliated and insulted. A prisoner should not be harmed during his imprisonment, if he does not learn a profession or education, so as not to cause him to rebel and fight. For this purpose, the science of prison guarding has been created and developed in order to improve and complete the three sides of the prison, the prison guard and the prisoner, to help improve and further the process of prison reform and education.Prison guarding should be scientific, ethical, humane and in accordance with international and national definitions and standards. Prison guarding should be scientific, ethical, humane and in accordance with international and national definitions and standards. if the management system and way of running prisons does not exist in an optimal and comprehensive way, or if there are gaps in this matter, then the work of reforming and educating prisoners will face serious problems and only changing the management cannot achieve this goal make a researcher;it seems that according to the international practice in most countries in prison management, the management of the military to maintain order, the way to deal with riots and internal disturbances and crisis management is more correct and when necessary, the crisis can be overcome with the least damage.
