The place of peace and human rights in education and curriculum of social sciences of the first secondary school

Abstract
The purpose of this research is the place of peace and social security in the legal system of the social science curriculum of the first secondary school. This research was practical in terms of objectives and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) of exploratory type in terms of execution method. The statistical community in the qualitative section, including experts, according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 20 people were selected. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part included all the first secondary teachers working in Shiraz in the academic year of 1401-1402 in the number of 450 people, of which 360 people were selected based on the Cochran formula. The data collection tools in the qualitative section were questionnaires and library resources. Data analysis in the current research and in the qualitative part was Delphi technique. In the quantitative part, Pearson's correlation method was used with Spss23 software and structural equation modeling (confirmatory factor analysis) using Lisrel-V 8.8 software. The results of the research showed that the components of the legal system model of social science curriculum in 5 dimensions and 16 components including dimensions; Logic and goals (3 components), learning content and activities (3 components), teacher's role and materials and resources (4 components), grouping and evaluation assessment (3 components), place and time (3 components).
