Abstract
Abstract
In today's world, artificial intelligence (AI) has introduced significant transformations across various scientific, social, and economic domains with its innovative capabilities. One of the critical areas where this technology has had—and will continue to have—a substantial impact is the field of health. This study aims to explore the impact of AI on international health law, emphasizing a future-oriented perspective. The research methodology is descriptive-analytical.
The findings indicate that AI can be utilized in various fields, such as early disease diagnosis, personalized medicine, drug discovery and development, clinical decision-making, large-scale health data analysis, pattern identification, public health policymaking, and medical research. On the other hand, international health law seeks to leverage AI to improve diagnostic and treatment processes.
However, the use of AI brings significant legal challenges, including the protection of personal data, transparency in algorithms, and the prevention of discrimination. Given the extensive impact of AI on International Health Law and human rights, there is a growing need for laws and regulations to properly govern and control this technology.
