The situation in Syria after the war is complex and multifaceted. The conflict in Syria has lasted for several years and has resulted in massive destruction and loss of life. The end of the war does not mean the end of the challenges facing the Syrian people. Post-conflict justice has become a growing concern, and the cases of Afghanistan and Iraq illustrate the importance and difficulties of trying to manage the outcomes of armed conflict constructively. Post-war rights (Jus Post Bellum) are a concept that includes the principles governing the consequences of conflict and efforts to stabilize these consequences. This concept guarantees the protection of human rights and the rule of law and provides the basis for creating a just and sustainable peace. The Security Council is responsible for maintaining international peace and security and plays a key role in resolving conflicts and preventing new conflicts. The present study aims to examine the role of the Security Council in the legislation of rights after the war. The research results show that one of the key functions of the Security Council is to facilitate the transition from conflict to peace, but the Council should include the obligations of Jus Post Bellum in its decisions more consciously and more widely, and it should continue to work towards greater accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in its actions to support the principles of Jus Post Bellum.
