In the legal system of Iran and New Zealand, several laws have been approved to protect workers. And this has caused the workers to get more support, in some cases, the employer fired the worker, and in other cases, the performance of the workers in the workshop units caused losses, and in the usual proceedings, it led to the dismissal of the worker. becomes In Iran's legal system, unjustified dismissal is one of the examples against the legislator's opinion, and in New Zealand's laws, which are derived from common law, the unfairness of the reason for dismissal will prevent the implementation of the employer's decision. In the current study, which is based on a descriptive analytical method with the aim of examining the law of dismissal of workers in the laws of Iran and New Zealand, it was concluded that dismissal is not clearly defined in any of the studied systems, while the only factor that causes If the worker receives a dismissal order from the employer or the competent authorities, it is subject to the performance outside the rules and the law of the worker, and if the dismissal takes place regardless of the above field, the worker will be fully supported by the legislator in two legal systems
