The information and legal knowledge of citizens is limited, and often misleading and incorrect. This issue, along with the economic barriers to accessing legal services, not only leads to the violation of citizens' rights but also contributes to the increase in legal cases and delays in the judicial process. Due to the lack of attention to the right to receive legal education and services as a form of citizens' rights in the research literature, and given the practical importance of this right, the present study seeks to answer the following questions: Can this right be considered a form of citizens' rights, and what is its status within the Iranian legal system? What is the appropriate mechanism for ensuring this right? A detailed examination of the examples of citizenship rights as outlined by experts in this field, along with the existing regulations, confirm that the right to receive legal education and services, in accordance with the standards of contemporary society, is considered as one of the examples of citizenship rights that has not been adequately addressed by legislators and researchers in this area. This study, while explaining these rights from a citizenship rights perspective, considers the establishment of legal clinics, as institutions with multiple educational and service-oriented functions, to be an appropriate mechanism for realizing this right. The research method is descriptive and analytical and it was done by collecting information in a library.
