The law of the seas and international environmental law are two very important areas of international law with a common goal in the search to solve the oil problems of the ports, which have an inherent relationship in the seas. These two areas do not work separately and are complementary, but in practice we see it in international legislation and regulations in the international and regional convention that is done with this, which makes a work that is very much to be followed. Because following the rules of one field can be a violation of the rules of another field. And what is clear in the research, these two areas of the law of the seas and international law with the environmental environment, the study of oil in the seas can actually be complementary and may be in conflict, but what is important is the discussion of unity between these two areas and the protection of the commons. It is universal.
