Islam brought about. Based on what has been stated, before the advent of Islam, the Arabs were mostly materialists with tribal prejudices, multiple gods, and without understanding abstract concepts, who, despite the progress of some sedentary centers such as Mecca and Yathrib, had still not been able to achieve authority and governance in various political and normative areas. This vacuum of political and normative authority in a reciprocal and developmental relationship with the nomadic lifestyle led to the continuation of this lifestyle and, consequently, to the stagnation of civilization in Arabia. Islam, with its emergence, while paying attention to the beliefs and lifestyle of the Arabian tribes, especially from the time of the Prophet's migration to Medina, was able to dramatically influence the overall structure of life for most of the inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula. By creating trans-tribal normative, political, economic, and social rules and regulations, as well as changing the lifestyle and mental structure of the Arabs, it led to numerous achievements the expansion of trade, the increase of a conciliatory spirit in society, the introduction of abstract concepts such as God, time, death, the afterlife, and so on, and in other words, the division of the life of civilization in Arabia into two periods before and after the emergence of Islam. in contrast, the density of institutional and normative authority in the Christian and Mediterranean civilizational sphere, manifested itself in the soteriology and theology of the two religions of Islam and Christianity.
