The government's economic policies are the main reason for the prosperity of production and the creation of domestic employment. Establishing conditions of economic stability in the country will lead to increased economic growth and improved social welfare of the people. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of economic policy on poverty and un of goods in the western border strip of the country. This research is among the qualitative methods that have used the ethnographic method. The statistical population of this research consists of the kolbars of the border city of Baneh. The selection of sample members was purposeful in the first stage and theoretical in the next stage until saturation was reached, which was achieved in 10 people. The main data collection tool in this research is in-depth interviews. After collecting data and analyzing the coding of the interviews, 32 phrases, 8 concepts, and 1 main category were extracted. In this study, the impact of economic policies on the combination of poverty, unemployment, and kolbari, leading to smuggling of goods in the country's border strip, will be analyzed in the form of a library. By examining human development indicators, an attempt is made to determine the human development index of the western border provinces of the country and ultimately to answer the important question of what effect poverty and unemployment, as variables in the government's economic policy, have on kolbari, leading to smuggling of goods in the western border strip of the country.
