The Stoic school, which is one of the oldest philosophical schools of the ancient Greek school system, has the idea of natural rights. The school of natural rights, which has long been one of the pioneers in the field of thought and philosophy, has various areas of ontology, anthropology, epistemology, sociology, and methodology, which can be interpreted as five philosophical principles. Based on these five principles, we reach the shape of any thought, including natural rights. In the field of law, in the discussion of the foundations of each school, it shows itself to have a legal effect. Natural rights, and in particular the Stoic school, are among these. International law, which is a product of modernity, has grown and evolved in the European intellectual and practical space, but because it claims to be global, it is forced to accept the plurality of ideas and bring them to the forefront. This seems difficult. Although the Stoic school originated in ancient Greece, it has transcendental and transcendental sayings. In this article, we will see how it manifests itself in a multitude of ideas and what effects it has had and has in the set of principles and rules of international law; therefore, in this article, we seek to trace these ideas of this school in the field of international law with respect to the five philosophical principles. In this regard, we have used the analytical-descriptive method.
