The military attack by the Arab coalition, along with several African countries, led by Saudi Arabia, on Yemen and the opening of fire on civilian targets is a clear example of the violation of Yemen's territorial integrity. The coalition countries justified the military intervention and use of force in Yemen by referring to the invitation of Mansour Hadi, the resigned President of Yemen. The coalition's attack on Yemen, in addition to violating the principle of non-use of force in international law, has violated many principles and regulations of international humanitarian law, including restrictions on the choice of any methods and means of warfare, the prohibition of attacking the civilian population and residential areas, which has undermined the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Yemen. Thus, the main question of the research is what is the violation of international humanitarian law during the armed conflict in Yemen? The research hypothesis is that although the coalition countries have justified the military intervention in Yemen and the use of force in this country on the basis of the intervention based on the invitation; However, this intervention is considered a violation of Yemen's sovereignty and territorial integrity and a violation of international humanitarian law, which has caused serious and severe damage to the rights of civilians and civilian areas, in addition to the coalition forces committing war crimes. Qualitative analysis was used to analyze the research data.
