Despite the many benefits it has in facilitating communication and accelerating data transfer, the expansion of cyberspace has led to the creation of new phenomena that sometimes cause many harms. Considering that modeling is basically a professional job that also has its own specific requirements, the entry of children into this field leads to many losses. Therefore, considering that it is usually the child's parents who push him towards modeling, this research seeks to answer this key and important question: if a child is harmed due to modeling in cyberspace, how are parents responsible for it? In this research, the main question will be answered by examining the existing legal and jurisprudential foundations in the field of civil liability and raising doubts about the lack of civil liability of parents, while raising the harms caused by modeling. The findings of this research show that parents, as legal guardians of children, are responsible for protecting the rights and health of their children and must be held accountable if harm is caused to the child. Finally, this research emphasizes the need to formulate comprehensive and transparent laws regarding children's activities in cyberspace, increase parental awareness, and monitor social networks more closely to prevent harm caused by child modeling and fully protect their rights. The present research is written with a theoretical approach and a descriptive-analytical method based on library data
