This research aimed to examine the opportunities and challenges of various applications of artificial intelligence in the country's land and property registration organization, using a descriptive-analytical method and using library resources. After reviewing the information and data collected, the results show that the aforementioned organization can use artificial intelligence in various areas such as data visualization of registration files such as document scanning and archiving, document backup and retrieval, solving the challenge of information retrieval; converting the content of written documents to text, solving the challenge of assigning names in the company registration process, solving the challenges in the field of intellectual property and brand registration, solving the challenge related to the inspection of registration staff, etc. However, despite these opportunities, threats in various areas of security and privacy, legal restrictions, and ethical considerations are conceivable for it, which requires the adoption of correct and appropriate measures to eliminate these threats and highlight the numerous opportunities for using artificial intelligence in this organization.
